 Contact us - let's talk

As we celebrate this year’s Brandon Hall award for onboarding for our work with Continental, it’s been nice to reflect back on what made it so successful.

A compelling narrator? An iconic learning brand? Fast pace? Humor? Striking visuals?

Mindfulness and the Power of Sound in Digital Learning

Posted by Brett Smith on Thu, Dec 8, 2016

Newly appointed and even seasoned managers with a technical, natural science or arts background frequently lack solid business fundamentals to succeed in their roles as managers. Even managers with a business degree may lack the required skills when working outside of their core function (i.e. financial management).

The Unexpected Benefit of Dynamic Learning Paths

Posted by Josh Cardoz on Thu, Nov 17, 2016

When you're a full-service learning design & production agency, you get all kinds of requests:

But with the growing maturity of technology fused into everything we do, this dream is alive and kicking. Yes, we "do" individualized learning paths. We call it Dynamic Learning and it is revolutionizing the way our customers are thinking about learning, in the most unexpected ways.

Coming Soon! Two Big Events on Learning Reinforcement

Posted by Brett Smith on Mon, Nov 7, 2016

The challenge with the majority of learning that goes on in organizations is that it is quickly forgotten. With the amount of time, money, and energy spent on developing these learning experiences, it is critical that organizations find ways to maximize their investment by ensuring learners retain the information they are given.

Teaching Without the Teacher: How to Empower Learners

Posted by Dave Coodin on Thu, Oct 20, 2016

Before my life as an instructional designer, I spent years in the classroom as a college and university professor. There are some things about it I will never miss: the irregular hours, which can be crazy-making; the first-year students, whose attitudes range from Tracy-Flick-enthusiastic to Jeff-Spicoli-jaded; and the marking, which tends to pile up like psychic scar tissue on an otherwise-healthy brain.
